Hola a todos. Ayer hice una rutina para straddle con mi compañero @Enma2020, la rutina nos pegó mucho al final no podíamos hacer los presses de tuck a pino y las negativas de pino a tuck. También hicimos algunos aguantes con liga de menos pesos, pero era como si no ayudara y solo aguantábamos 4 segundos, decimos hacer flexiones en straddle con ayuda de la liga y mi máximo fueron 4, pero faltaría mejorar la postura al momento de hacer flexiones.

Luego ya para finalizar hicimos un poco de freestyle en las barras frente al lago pues un compañero saco su primer 360 y nos motivó a hacer freestyle.
