Letra
Él es la ley
En tierra de ciegos
El tuerto es el rey
Y piensa el señor
Que cuando te mira
Te hace un favor
Va a cuatro manos
Si de esta manera
Alcanza el poder
(Más no pide manos
Porque a él no le atrapa
Ninguna mujer)
Jura que está
A punto de caramelo
Jura que es
La última gota de agua
En el desierto
Que, estar con él
Es la sucursal del cielo
Y ni siquiera es un infeliz pobre
¡Es solo un pobre infeliz!
Cambia de piel
Según la persona
Que este frente a él
Ave rapaz destroza a su presa
Y da marcha atrás
Pero conmigo
Se descompone
Si me vuelve a ver
Soy el cristal
Que quiso y no pudo
Llegar a romper.

Pukumundo The Singing Voice WEEK #61 / A punto de caramelo (Spanish/English)
A loving greeting to all my Hive friends, I love to be with you in the beautiful pukumundo community before the end of the week. For this occasion I have brought you "A Punto De Caramelo" a song by the Peruvian/Venezuelan singer Melissa. Some time ago I also interpreted a song of this same interpreter that had so much impact in the world of show business in our country.
As I said last time, Melissa was recognized as La Madona de Venezuela, or La Reina del Rock and her lyrics were quite revolutionary for the women of her time. I love this song that I share with you today, it's funny but at the same time rude. It also describes perfectly many people I know; so making this characterization through a song is something quite interesting.
Today precisely while I was singing it, and I were remembering a very particular character, that fits very well with the song, that made us laugh. By the way Aly as always behind the camera accompanying me on guitar. I hope you like this interpretation and enjoy it as much as I enjoyed singing it. I'll say goodbye until next time.
Lyrics
He is the law
In a land of the blind
The one-eyed man is king
And the lord thinks
That when he looks at you
He does you a favor
He's going four-handed
If in this way
Reaches the power
(But he doesn't ask for hands
Because he doesn't get caught
No woman)
He swears that he is
On the verge of candy
He swears it's
The last drop of water
In the desert
That, to be with him
Is the branch of heaven
And he's not even a poor wretch
He's just a poor wretch!
He changes his skin
According to the person
Who is in front of him
Bird of prey tears its prey apart
And turns back
But with me
He breaks down
If he sees me again
I am the crystal
That he wanted to and could not
To break.
