I'm still working on it. I used to draw horse-headed demons like this a lot when I was in middle school. I found one of my recent sketches and tried to clean it up a bit. Usually they have a double crescent headed great axe but in this case I gave it a halberd. I also gave it horns, which made it look more demonic. But the skull I was using as a reference also gave it a somewhat avian appearance... which got me thinking about swapping out the hooves for clawed bird feet.
