Day 6 & 7 of Daily Push-Up and Squat Challenge Completed
I didn't get to post any update yesterday because, well.. laziness got the best of me. 😂
But, the other day, on my Day 6 (6/12/18) of the challenge, I was able to do 13 regular push ups. I did a set of 5 at first and another set of 8 right after. Whoohooo!
I'm still trying to get my chest lower to the ground but even this is already a huge improvement from 6 months ago.
For Day 7 (6/13/18) I didn't go to the gym but was able to complete the challenges at home. Yay! I was actually starting to feel some soreness on my left knee yesterday but it went away after I did 1 set of squats. Haha. I guess it was my way of my body telling me to get it moving.
There's not much else to update for right now. I'm gonna go work on my Day 8 and will update you tomorrow!
