@grindan I can't tell you how relieved I was to see this post. I missed it initially, but a little birdie told me about it. I've been checking your account and Yaz's for posts and comments off and on for many months, hoping for news.

I'm glad you're (relatively) safe, that you're living life to the best of your ability, and most of all that you two have one another. I think it's one of the most amazing love stories of all time, quite honestly. (I really mean that. It should be written up in an article or a TV mini-series or something.) And it's so incredible and inspiring that you are so in love that you'll live in a war-torn and dangerous part of the world to be with the love of your life!

p.s. I'm not very active on Hive these days either, except as a community admin. Hive has so many challenges, as you have experienced. It's heartbreaking, because it had SO much promise. But suffers under the weight of its own political challenges.
