Daily Brunch 3
Scientists at the University of Alberta have taken into account the data from Zircon along with the rock samples to understand more than just the age of these rock formations. While the rock retains chemical information, Zircon retains chemical as well as age related information intact, even under changing environments. Together they help geologists understand more about our planet as we travel back in time.
