Bruschetta w/ corn and tomato basil | Simple & Easy
This recipe is something I've taking from an collection of others I've found online then added a little of my own to it. Hope you enjoy!
Bruschetta w/ corn and tomato basil
1 can of fire roasted tomato diced
1 can sweet corn
1 small red onion chopped
2 cloves garlic chopped
1 tablespoon dried basil
1/2 tablespoon garlic salt
1/2 tablespoon onion powder
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
1 baguette French Bread sliced drizzled w/ olive oil and baked until lightly golden.
Substitute for fresh tomatoes, fresh basil, even sweet corn fresh from the cob for that fresh garden flavor.
