Good morning anime lovers in Hive, the truth is that I was curious about this anime version of the adaptation of Suicide Squad, so without further ado I decided to watch the first episodes.

I add, in the first episode the animation is impeccable, there is a part where the Joker drives a car by playing the piano instead of using the steering wheel, so it feels very strange to digest, which (it doesn't feel very typical of the Joker and too bizarre even for anime).

Then Harley is captured and locked up while the Joker escapes.

Muy buenos días amantes del anime en Hive, la verdad pues me causo curiosidad esta versión anime de la adaptación de escuadrón suicida, así que sin mas preámbulos decidí ver los primeros episodios.

añado, en el primer capitulo la animación es impecable, hay una parte donde el Joker conduce un auto a base de tocar el piano en vez de usar el volante, así que si se siente muy extraño de digerir, cosa que (no se siente muy propio del Joker y demasiado bizarro aun para ser anime).

Luego Harley es capturada y encerrada mientras el Joker escapa.

But what is the actual plot of this series about?

For Amanda Waller is experimenting with opening a portal (using a meta human as a slave and energy source for it), not caring if this life is lost in the process proving what a cold-hearted leader she is.

¿pero de que va la trama en si de esta serie?

Pues Amanda Waller esta experimentando abrir un portal (usando un meta humano como esclavo y fuente de energía para ello), sin importarle si esta vida se pierde en el proceso demostrando lo fría que es como líder.

The intention is quite simple and clear, by opening the portal they want to take as much useful stuff as they can exploit as a resource, be it technology, natural resources, gold, or anything the American government needs to strengthen their forces.

Kind of like avatar the blue people movie.

La intención es bastante simple y clara, al abrir el portal quieren apoderarse de cuanta cosa útil sea explotable como recurso, sea tecnología, recursos naturales, oro, o cualquier cosa que el gobierno Americano necesite para fortalecer sus fuerzas.

Algo así como avatar la película de la gente azul.

Moving on to the context, they send an exploration group which are the suicide squad to test the terrain and subdue the natives (in case they do not have weapons or technology to confront them).

Here it should be clarified that from a narrative point of view, entering another medieval dimension with magic and sorcery does not really clash at all with what we have seen in Thor live action movies, so from that comparative point of view, the idea does not feel so forced.

Pasando al contexto, mandan a un grupo de exploración los cuales son el escuadrón suicida para tantear el terreno y doblegar a los nativos (en caso de que estos no tengan armas o tecnología para enfrentarlos).

Aquí hay que aclarar que desde el punto de vista narrativo ingresar a otra dimensión tipo medieval con magia y hechicera la verdad no desentona para nada de lo visto en películas live action de Thor, así que desde ese plano comparativo, pues no se siente tan forzada la idea.

A negative point is the name "isekai" which refers to the Japanese genre of people who are reincarnated in other fantasy worlds and are the protagonist, osea from my argument raised above, this is unnecessary, as our protagonists continually make references to (the lord of the rings), or things already known in American cinema and general culture, as a point of explanation.

Un punto negativo es el nombre "isekai" que hace referente al genero japones de gente que reencarna en otros mundos de fantasía y son el protagonista, osea desde mi argumento planteado atrás, esto sobra, pues continuamente nuestros protagonistas hacen referencias a (el señor de los anillos), o cosas ya conocidas en cine americano y cultura general, como punto de explicativo.

I mean literally the only person who is an otaku who watches series of this genre and believes (self-deluding himself that he is the hero in a Japanese isekai world, is the mud-faced character), so the name Isekai is left out in the title of the anime of Suicide Squad.
I add being a personal joke that only one member of the group of heroes uses, it makes no sense, because we have seen technological medieval worlds in other films of this franchise.

Osea literalmente la única persona que es otaku que ve series de este genero y se cree (auto engañándose de que es el héroe en un mundo japones isekai, es el personaje cara de barro), así que el nombre Isekai sobra en el titulo del anime de escuadrón suicida.
Añado al ser un chiste personal que solo un integrante del grupo de héroes usa, no tiene sentido, pues mundos medievales tecnológicos hemos visto en otras películas de esta franquicia.

Let's continue with the plot: the protagonists intervene in the middle of the conflict because the local beasts attack them, but they can do nothing against firearms, the shark man, mud-faced and the other combat experts of the squad, suicidal, easily defeating whatever they let them loose as melee opponents.

The protagonists are subdued with magic and locked up in prison, the problem lies in the difficulty to communicate, since they do not speak the strange language of that world.

Sigamos con la trama: los protagonistas intervienen en medio del conflicto porque las bestias locales los atacan, pero nada pueden hacer contra armas de fuego, el hombre tiburón, cara de barro y los demás expertos en combate del escuadrón, suicida, venciendo fácilmente a lo que les suelten como contrincantes cuerpo a cuerpo.

Los protagonistas son sometidos con magia y encerrados en prisión, el problema radica en la dificultad para comunicarsen, ya que no hablan ese idioma extraño de ese mundo.

For the rest, the usual stuff has been added, that they have bombs implanted in their necks, that if they did not listen to Amanda she would blow their heads off, among a long etcetera of what we already know.

Por lo demás esta añadido lo de siempre, que ellos tienen bombas implantadas en sus cuello, que si no hacían caso a Amanda les volaba la cabeza entre un largo etcétera de lo que ya sabemos.
El dilema es que al estar encerrados la brecha de tiempo disminuye y si no llegan a una zona donde les de la señal (bien sea el helicóptero donde se estrellaron por primera vez u otro medio para que la señal de Amanda los perciba, sus bombas serán activadas en un conteo regresivo.

Honestly for 3 episodes I found the amount of time that the activated bombs last excessive, I know very well that the idea is to explore the adventure to the maximum, but I feel that between the time in prison, make a mutiny, intervene in a war and continue exploring, it is too much time and more if they go against the clock.

Even so, the story is quite entertaining and not boring at all, I suggest you watch this series with English or Spanish dubbing so you can assimilate it in a more natural way and without having to read subtitles.

Honestamente para ser 3 episodios me pareció excesivo la cantidad de tiempo que duran las bombas activadas, se muy bien que la idea es explorar la aventura al máximo, pero siento que entre el tiempo en prisión, hacer un motín, intervenir en una guerra y seguir explorando, es demasiado el lapso de tiempo y mas si van contra reloj.

Aun así la historia es bastante entretenida que no aburre para nada, les sugiero ver esta serie con doblaje bien sea en Ingles o español para que puedas asimilarla de forma mas natural y sin tener que estar leyendo subtítulos.

The series enjoys a very good animation, some violent parts that could have been better (I mean the gore) but if you feel that the Japanese who animated this was limited to be something family frienly...I guess by local parameters of qualification for the public where it is transmitted (Japan), hopefully the gore is more explicit to enjoy it to the fullest as (The Boys), but in matters of seeing something that is entertaining, the series meets its goal.

La serie goza de una muy buena animación, algunas partes violentas que pudieron ser mejor (digo el gore) pero si se siente que los japoneses que animaron esto se limitaron a ser algo family frienly...supongo que por parámetros locales de calificación para el publico donde lo transmite (Japón), ojala el gore sea mas explicito para disfrutarla a plenitud como ( The Boys), pero en cuestiones de ver algo que sea entretenido, la serie cumple su objetivo.
