A Week Of Evolution

How have you been Dreemers??

The first week's challenge was fun and I met new people. It was all about engaging and getting to know more about our partners. The Week 2 is even more fun. It is all about giving, the Evolution.

But before anything else, I would like to present my team "Believers."

Banner with bees created by @itsostylish but I find it incomplete so I added our faces, Dreemport, Ecency, and Evolution logos 😊.

When new teams were created, the first thing that came to mind was to create a name. @acgalarza ask me for some suggestions and the first thing I thought was The Believers because we all are, aren't we? We all are artists, we are readers, we are writers, we are thinkers, we are believers 😊.

For this week's challenge, we made our Ecency points worth spending by boosting different posts of random Hivers. In total, I spent almost 1000 points this week. How? Let's find out.

Day 1: Use some points to boost someone on your team.

When I read about day one's challenge, I was also reading @itsostylish's post, Embodiment.

Since I love art, I opted to boost her post because I liked it too. I commend this lady for being multi-talented, with a sense of humor and I wish I am as talented as her 😊.

Day 2: Boost-a-newbie day.

This one is my favorite part, boost a newbie day! Not only because I like supporting those who lack support, but also because I knew a lot of newbies who came from another platform where I am blogging too, and I'm one of the reasons why they were encouraged to join here 🤣.

Of all the newbies I know, I chose @iamsequoia's Introductory post since it didn't really get many readers.

Well, 100+ views here in Hive is not really that much, isn't it? 😅 I chose this lady because she's one of the good writers I know and I like her literary pieces. She's a shy type I guess? So I want her post to boost so she could get more readers and engage with others too.

Day 3: Choose a community for your TEAM to boost 4 posts, one from each of you.

I love this challenge too and the community in my mind with a lack of support was Hive PH

Hive PH is a growing community supporting Filipinos worldwide. It still needs more support, so if you guys want to stop by, you can show some support to this community.

The post I chose was @garrethgrey's post since it was one of the posts with a lack of readers that day.

This lady is also a newbie here on Hive who needs some support and she came from another platform where I am blogging too. She's one of my good readers there and even here. I guess my small boost helped her get more views 😊.

Day 4: Boost-a-buddy.

This challenge was indeed challenging 😅. First, I don't really have a certain buddy here. I do have blogging friends but I couldn't choose whom to boost. But at the end of the day, I chose @ruffatotmeee's post to boost.

Why? This lady just had a comeback here on Hive after a long time of taking a break, haha. She joined this platform a year ago I guess but has been inactive for many months due to some reason. She was inspired to be active again and I met her along with the newbies on another platform. She's an entertainer and I like her sense of humor. She's one of those who needs more motivation to be active here, and I thought, boosting her post could help her get more views and followers.

Today is the 5th day and the challenge is to make this post about the challenges we made these past 4 days. The total Ecency points I spent was 850, 600 went to these four posts, and 250 was spent on promoting my own post which was good for 2 days. Because why not? I deserve it 🤣.

For the newbie friends here, make use of the Ecency front-end in making transactions and posting to gain Ecency points which you could use in boosting or promoting your content. Each boost needs 150 points good for 1 day, and in promoting, you can spend lesser points for selecting 2-days or more, 250 points for 2 days for instance instead of 300.

Now, let's see my current Ecency points after boosting different posts for 4 days.

I thought I won't be able to submit my entry for this day because my Dreemport account had some logging issue. All thanks to @Penderis on discord for helping me fix the problem. And because of this, you'll be seeing more updates on Dreemport's front-end soon 🤣. You'll know it soon 😉.

It was such a wonderful Evolution Ecency points giving week and I am looking forward to joining the next week's challenge.
