The great white egret

The great egret, also known as the common egret, large egret, or great white egret or great white heron is a large . The great egret, a spectacular large, white bird stalks the quiet waters of large rivers and lakes looking for prey, such as fish, frogs, snakes, and crayfish. Baby Great Egrets aren't very nice to their brothers and sisters! Sometimes the strongest baby will kill the smaller ones; this behavior is called siblicide (pronounced SIB-luh-side).
