Meat pie
One of the most nutritious and delicious snacks in Nigeria.
In case you want to give it a trial, here are the ingredints and tools
Meat pie filling
-1 carrot
-1 Irish potato
-1 onion
-300g minced meat
-1 teaspoon thyme
-2 tablespoons plain flour
-1 cooking spoon vegetable oil
-2 big stock cubes
-150 mls cold water
-Salt(to taste)
Meat pie dough
-1kg(2.2lbs) plain flour
-2 tsp baking powder
-500g(1.1lbs) margarine
-1 teaspoon salt
- ½ cup cold water

- Meat pie cutter
-Rolling pin
