Midnight Tacos
It is 3 AM. Many clocks still say 4 AM. Time for the stupid annual Daylight Saving Time clock shift. I hate it. Is this too late (or early) for #midnightletters?
But I have tacos.
I browned thin strips of pork and seasoned them with a homemade taco spice mix. I also heated some pinto beans and cooked some mexican-style rice. Dairy-free cheese and some salsa top it all off.
Winter is cold,
Life is hard,
DST sucks,
Tacos are good.
Even if it's more of a burrito. Time for another, this time with extra hot sauce.
Imagine thinking you can make a blanket longer by cutting a strip from one end and sewing it to the other. Leave time travel and temporal meddling to the professionals. Like The Doctor. Maybe Marty McFly. Heck, I trust Bill and Ted more than I trust the government. Party on, dudes! Especially if you have tacos.
