Jack Frost's Staff

Papier-mâché.

Paper mache.

Anglicized or not, it's a messy but fun way to make stuff. I need to finish this by Saturday, so I am diving in with cardboard, masking tape, old newspapers, and classic flour/water paste to make a copy of Jack Frost's staff from Rise of the Guardians.

I will also need to spray-paint some white and silver frost onto a blue hoodie. I may get started on that while the staff dries. The end goal is to replicate this costume:

Now I need to source some basic white hair chalk.
