Tumeric on my garden.

Growing your own food is one of the ways to overcome poverty in the world. But it's very funny that alot of people don't have time to set up little garden within their homes.

Gardens aren't just a way of eating fresh foods, but also eliminate consuming food with much preservatives. The green fruits and vegetables in the garden adds to the beauty of our homes and giving us the fresh breathe.

I have little garden and on this article I will share with us my tumeric plant which I planted months ago.

Tumeric is said to have some good health benefits though I won't be going in that direction I'm not a medical expert. But from my research I have reasons to garnish my meal with tumeric, ginger and garlic 🧄
