We are always blind when it comes to ourselves, we always want to make people realise how sweet and important we are to them, at the long run we end up forgetting that we have got someone to treat very well not regarding what people will see, think or even say, but unfortunately the opposite happens to be what we look we are scared of what people will see, think and even say.

The fear of these 3 has made us have it all wrong in all we do, we don't want to step on toes, we don't want people to see us as incompetent and so many other reasons that have shaped our entire life into what the community wants instead of what we want for ourselves.

Forgetting that the community will only respect and honour you the more when you live forgetting this is as good as committing suicide, the moment you lay down lifeless the community will only weep for a very very short period of time and after then they pay focus on attention on another who is willing to do more for them.

Service to humans is very good. Please do not misunderstand me but do not forget to stay alive you must not do everything for humans as people will not always be satisfied with your sacrifices even to the point of death they will still demand more from you.

So I urge you to prioritize yourself more, treat yourself very well and make sure you are ok. That's only when the true love and kindness will be extended to the outside world. If it's not coming from a satisfied heart then it's an act of pretense which will always end up hurting the pretender.

Unless you want to keep hurting yourself you will learn to always be good in whatever you do, right before you involve someone else.

You can't hate yourself and love the outside world. Not taking care of yourself is dangerous and harmful to your health.
