Germany´s Best
Hey Guys i am new here!
From Germany and i am an absolutely beer lover!
My Favorite one is Augustiener Hell :
The origin of Augustiner Hell lies in Munich's oldest brewery, Augustiner-Bräu, whose roots date back to the year 1328, when Augustinian monks began brewing beer in their monastery.
The pale lager is a classic representative of the Bavarian style, emphasizing quality, the Reinheitsgebot (German Beer Purity Law), and Munich tradition. It is characterized by gentle maltiness and fine hop notes. It developed as a response to the Bohemian Pilsner and embodies Munich's beer culture with a focus on drinkability (Süffigkeit) and purity.
Today I’m going to treat myself very leisurely to one or two of these, with some good music ;)
It tastes mild, malty and slightly sweet with a subtle, herbaceous hop bitterness and fine citrus notes, making it extremely easy-drinking and refreshing. It has a balanced, grainy body and a light, lively carbonation that reminds you of toasted bread.
Imagine the first sip: fresh, lively, with a gentle malt sweetness and honest grain notes right up front. It feels full and rounded in the mouth – perfectly balanced between malt and hops, never heavy. The finish is soft and inviting: a fine, pleasant hop bitterness that makes you want another sip, plus a subtle citrus whisper to keep it bright. The aroma is warm and bready, lightly floral, with just a hint of honey and fresh lemon zest. It pours a brilliant gold to straw-yellow with a tight, creamy, lasting head and lively but delicate bubbles. Special touch: classic Munich malts for that rich mouthfeel + their own pure-bred yeast. Pure tradition in every drop. The kind of beer that makes you slow down, put on good music, and just enjoy the moment.
Enjoying this first sip now! Enjoy your Sunday <3
