After download extract the zip file.

then Run Set-up.exe as TRY,

after completion of the setup check your system version if its 32 bit open 32bit amtlib and copy the amtlib.dll into the the folder where Photoshop files are existing then replace it. If the system is 64 bit Operating system copy 64 bit amtlib.dll and replace accordingly. Enjoy the full version of Adobe-Photoshop.
