Hello Hive Students Connect!!

I hope all of you are doing well and enjoying your weekend. I'm feeling blessed to be here in Hive Students Connect a perfect place to address students needs and issues. This blog is my submission to Hive Student Connect Weekly Prompt topic: Inventing an App or Tool

"If you could invent an app or tool to help students, what would it be?"

Life of a student is full of unorganized assignment, learning massive text books and daily diary. As a student I have been looking for the ways to make learning easier. I'm sorry to say I was being forced to just cram pages of books in school. I shake hand with conceptual learning in college and university life.

Last month I attend a Teacher Training Workshop where I come to to know about the kind ofStudents who are visual learner. They learn by visualization of concept and topics. As a teacher I believe making learning easier for students is the responsibility of students. I often says my students I would do whatever possible for making the learning easier for them. I am teaching History topic Muslim Dynasties and Crusades these days and student have watched lot's of series about the warrior and ruler of Islamic Dynasty. Their participation in the discussion is remarkable because all of them are visual learner.

That's why I want to invent an app for making videos of all topic for helping visual learners. I would name the app as SmartEdu. The app would make videos for each topic of subject according to the Grade of the students. It should be as free app. There are many Videos and video lecture available in YouTube or internet but the SmartEdu will be AI-based sensors to asses the level of students understanding that will foster growth abd improvement in learning.

SmartEdu will provide limited knowledge to student according to their age and grade. I believe in balanced learning. The knowledge and it's application should be hand on hand.

Here I would like to highlight a simple and powerful truth :

Knowledge without practice is useless”.

Just knowing something doesn’t make you skilled at it. Practice help to transfer knowledge from short term to long term memory.
The main purpose of the SmartEdu is to reduce the stress of the students. It will save students as well teachers time. It will make learning easier and happier.
