San Salvador a Light Coffee

Again, I find myself with a brand of coffee that was unknown to me, I must admit that this time my choice was dominated by curiosity, impulse and the striking packaging, since I really had no plans to buy any kind of coffee, since in my house I still have about half a kilo of delicious San Domingo. But life is unpredictable, one goes out with some plans and ends up executing other totally different ones, besides, when talking about coffee, no effort is wasted, since it is a product that in my house is highly demanding and getting to know new brands is something that I enjoy to the maximum.

Strangely, we have had a couple of days where the sun is not shining clearly and where the rain is giving us pleasant temperatures and a cooler environment, which generates the appropriate atmosphere to enjoy the flavor and aroma of a gourmet coffee of 100% Arabica seeds, harvested and manufactured 100% in the Venezuelan territory, nothing more and nothing less than in the state of Portuguesa, which over the years has become a famous entity for its bean production.

As always, to taste the true flavor of the product, it is important that we follow the indications given by the producer on the back of the packaging, which is quite simple, since for each cup of water one cup of coffee will be added. It is great when the preparation is recommended without complications, since it saves a lot of time and this allows us to live life in an easier way.

In this opportunity we will make the coffee in the traditional way using a sleeve. For this reason, the first step would be to place the corresponding amount of water to boil, to then place the coffee powder inside our strainer and thus little by little extract its aroma and flavor. Initially, the contact of the hot water with the coffee powder gives us a very intense smell, which is capable of taking over the entire kitchen and part of the house. I also realize that it is a rather light coffee, since the color of the brewed product is not so dark.

We add a few spoonfuls of sugar to sweeten our lives and in this opportunity, as I did a lot, I keep a good portion in a thermos, to keep it warm, to conserve the flavor and to be able to enjoy it throughout the day.

There is no better way to taste a coffee than through a delicate snack in the company of a great friend, that is how I spent an incredible afternoon talking about different topics, enjoying a good conversation and for a moment I forgot about the worries of life, to fully submerge myself in that flow of flavors and aromas that come together in a perfect combination.

Once again, I find myself with a coffee with a smooth taste, elegant touch and incredible notes, which I think is perfect to accompany a snack after noon. In addition, in this opportunity I must tell you that I am using new cups for the first time, so I really feel very happy and pleased to have found another brand of coffee that fits my tastes, I hope to continue having it, to accompany many other moments of interesting conversations, where the stress and problems are left behind, to leave the mind free and think only of a future full of dreams and successes to conquer.
