Mi experiencia aprendiendo sobre Vibecoding/ESP-ENG

Hoy quiero traerles mi aprendizaje sobre mi experiencia aprendiendo Vibecoding. Fue la primera vez que me atreví a estudiar algo así. Bueno, la primera vez fue gracias a Sakura, una amiga que tengo. Ambos entramos a estudiar en el curso de Fruteros. Ellos estaban comenzando a enseñar sobre Vibecoding y abrieron una beca para estudiar, y pues fui elegido.

Esto me parecía difícil y no lo había intentado antes, pero en el camino me di cuenta de que, en ocasiones, las limitantes para aprender están en nuestra propia mente. Una vez que me atreví a hacer todas las actividades del bootcamp de Fruteros, fui comprendiendo poco a poco que sí podía. Bueno, además tuve el privilegio de contar con ayuda, porque cada actividad la realicé junto a Sakura.

El aprendizaje, cuando es compartido con otra persona, se vuelve mucho más fácil. Aquí pude hacer las actividades porque lo que hacíamos era leer las instrucciones juntos y, si no sabíamos algo, buscábamos cómo resolverlo. Fue algo muy increíble.

También, en el proceso de aprendizaje, una de las actividades del bootcamp consistía en crear una mascota virtual tipo Tamagotchi, a la que había que darle de comer, alimentar y que incluso podía evolucionar conforme uno iba interactuando con ella.

Recuerdo que la aplicación que me tocó usar para desarrollar esta actividad fue Vercel, y lo que más me frustró en un momento fue que podía quedarme sin créditos para poder crear mi mascota y no sabía qué hacer. Me tocó comunicarme con la comunidad, y por ahí compartieron un link para obtener más créditos de Vercel. Gracias a eso pude terminar mi mascota. Claro, para lograrlo me tocó tener un gran compromiso y conectarme a cada sesión de las clases de Fruteros.

Sí pudimos terminar el proyecto junto a Sakura, y al final los profesores invitaron a las personas que finalizaran el proyecto a presentarlo en vivo por el canal de Fruteros. Aquí yo no tuve problemas, porque ya había practicado oratoria, así que me sentía familiarizado compartiendo por Zoom. Fue todo un éxito: pude compartir mi proyecto en 5 minutos, y también Sakura participó en esa ocasión.

Además, estudiar toda la información que ellos compartían me ayudó a comprender los fundamentos básicos del Vibecoding. Luego de terminar ese reto, ellos hicieron otro proyecto llamado La Forja.

Aquí la misión ya no era crear una mascota virtual, sino crear un producto y presentarlo ante inversores.

Aquí les cuento que, como ya me conocen, me encanta escribir blogs, y en Hive ya casi llego a los 150 blogs creados, una gran meta. Entonces se me ocurrió como proyecto crear una aplicación en Vercel que reuniera las mejores técnicas de copywriting y SEO.

Y bueno… bingo. Pude crear la aplicación.

También aquí me tocó exponerla en vivo por el canal de Fruteros, y le gustó mucho mi proyecto a la inversora. Incluso dijo que ella compraría el producto.

Ahora, esa aplicación que creé todavía la tengo y la uso para crear mis blogs en Hive. Es una herramienta muy útil para mí.

Después de culminar esta experiencia de Vibecoding en Fruteros, vi que en Platzi también había un reto sobre el tema. Me pareció una buena oportunidad para poner en práctica lo que había aprendido.

Sin embargo, había una desventaja: el reto ya tenía bastante tiempo de haber iniciado, y sabía que si me metía no iba a terminar a tiempo para participar por los premios.

Aun así, decidí entrar solo por aprendizaje, porque quería seguir fortaleciendo mis conocimientos sobre Vibecoding.

Mi experiencia aquí fue todavía mejor.

Pude realizar cada actividad que pedían: crear una landing page para un festival de música, una aplicación para cumplir mis objetivos en Platzi, automatizar una tarea compleja, crear tráilers cinematográficos e incluso desarrollar un agente para ventas.

Todo esto lo aprendí y lo creé con Vibecoding.

No esperaba llegar tan lejos, para serles sincero.

Pude completar todas las tareas del reto de Platzi, aunque me llevó casi dos meses terminarlo todo.

Imagínense: al mismo tiempo estaba creando blogs en Hive, manteniéndome activo en la plataforma y también usando LinkedIn.

Por eso hubo ocasiones en las que no podía continuar y lo dejaba para otro día.

Aun así, terminé muy contento con todo lo que logré crear.

Sin duda, la aplicación más valiosa para mí sigue siendo la que desarrollé en Fruteros: mi herramienta en Vercel para crear blogs con técnicas de copywriting y SEO.

Esa todavía la sigo usando.

Ahora me siento mucho más fortalecido, con experiencia y con muchas ganas de seguir aprendiendo sobre inteligencia artificial.

Y para mi suerte, muy pronto habrá otro reto en Platzi, esta vez enfocado en crear con IA.

Creo que esta vez sí voy a tiempo.

Espero poder completar todas las actividades.

La haré igual por aprendizaje, porque ya conseguir el voto de los estudiantes de Platzi es otro cuento.

Pero lo haré porque me gusta.

Today I want to share what I learned from my experience learning Vibecoding. It was the first time I dared to study something like this. Well, the first time was thanks to Sakura, a friend I have. We both joined to study in the Fruteros course. They were just starting to teach about Vibecoding and opened a scholarship to study, and well, I was selected.

This seemed difficult to me, and I had never tried it before, but along the way I realized that sometimes the limitations to learning are in our own minds. Once I dared to complete all the activities in the Fruteros bootcamp, I gradually understood that I actually could do it. Well, I also had the privilege of having help, because I completed every activity together with Sakura.

Learning, when shared with another person, becomes much easier. Here, I was able to complete the activities because what we did was read the instructions together and, if we didn’t know something, we looked for ways to solve it. It was something truly incredible.

Also, during the learning process, one of the bootcamp activities was to create a virtual Tamagotchi-style pet, which had to be fed, taken care of, and could even evolve as you interacted with it.

I remember that the application I had to use to develop this activity was Vercel, and what frustrated me the most at one point was that I could run out of credits to create my pet, and I didn’t know what to do. I had to reach out to the community, and they shared a link there to get more Vercel credits. Thanks to that, I was able to finish my pet. Of course, to achieve it, I had to show great commitment and connect to every Fruteros class session.

Yes, we were able to finish the project together with Sakura, and in the end, the teachers invited everyone who completed the project to present it live on the Fruteros channel. Here I had no problem, because I had already practiced public speaking, so I felt comfortable sharing on Zoom. It was a complete success: I was able to present my project in 5 minutes, and Sakura also participated on that occasion.

In addition, studying all the information they shared helped me understand the basic foundations of Vibecoding. After finishing that challenge, they launched another project called The Forge.

This time, the mission was no longer to create a virtual pet, but to build a product and present it to investors.

As you already know, I love writing blogs, and on Hive I’m almost reaching 150 blogs created, a huge milestone. So I came up with the idea of creating an application on Vercel that gathered the best copywriting and SEO techniques.

And well... bingo. I was able to create the application.

I also had to present it live on the Fruteros channel, and the investor really liked my project. She even said she would buy the product.

Now, I still have that application I created, and I use it to create my blogs on Hive. It is a very useful tool for me.

After completing this Vibecoding experience at Fruteros, I saw that Platzi also had a challenge on the topic. It seemed like a great opportunity to put into practice what I had learned.

However, there was one disadvantage: the challenge had already been running for quite some time, and I knew that if I joined, I wouldn’t finish in time to compete for the prizes.

Even so, I decided to join just for learning, because I wanted to continue strengthening my knowledge of Vibecoding.

My experience there was even better.

I was able to complete every activity they asked for: creating a landing page for a music festival, an application to achieve my goals on Platzi, automating a complex task, creating cinematic trailers, and even developing a sales agent.

I learned and created all of this with Vibecoding.

I didn’t expect to get this far, to be honest.

I was able to complete all the tasks in the Platzi challenge, although it took me almost two months to finish everything.

Imagine this: at the same time, I was creating blogs on Hive, staying active on the platform, and also using LinkedIn.

That’s why there were times when I couldn’t continue and had to leave it for another day.

Even so, I finished feeling very happy with everything I managed to create.

Without a doubt, the most valuable application for me is still the one I developed at Fruteros: my Vercel tool for creating blogs with copywriting and SEO techniques.

I still use it today.

Now I feel much more empowered, experienced, and eager to keep learning about artificial intelligence.

And luckily for me, very soon there will be another challenge at Platzi, this time focused on creating with AI.

I think this time I’m joining on time.

I hope I can complete all the activities.

I’ll do it for learning again, because getting votes from Platzi students is another story.

But I’ll do it because I enjoy it.
