Exploring Abu Dhabi (Part 21)

Heading towards the exit of this absolutely fabulous Grand Mosque. We didn't expect to see such an architectural masterpiece, and it truly left us in awe. The 'Wow' effect is in full swing in Abu Dhabi, and we're told that there are even more surprises in store for us.
That's great because we love it.

Direction la sortie de cette Grande mosquée absolument fabuleuse. On ne s'attendait pas à voir une telle réussite architecturale et l'on en a pris plein les yeux. L'effet "Waooouuuuuh" fonctionne à plein à Abu Dhabi et l'on nous dit que nous ne sommes pas au bout des surprises.
Tant mieux, car nous aimons cela.
The four minarets rising at the corners of the main courtyard surrounding the prayer hall. A truly beautiful white mosque.
Les quatre minarets qui se dressent aux coins de la cour principale entourant la salle de prière. Une bien belle mosquée blanche.
These minarets, towering over 100 meters in height, are among the tallest in the world.
Ces minarets qui dépassent les 100 mètres de hauteur sont parmi les plus grands au monde.
These minarets are used to call for prayer while also serving as landmarks for the faithful. And as a bonus, they are majestic!
Ces minarets sont utilisés pour appeler à la prière tout en étant des points de repère pour les fidèles. et, en prime, ils sont majestueux !
