MY CLEAN PLANET ACTIVITY FOR TODAY 26-03-2025

Our environment is a reflection of how much we care for our planet. Today, I made a small but meaningful contribution to a cleaner world by taking action when I saw a need for change.

After work, I decided to walk home, enjoying the fresh air and reflecting on the beauty of nature. On reaching a supermarket around Aba Owerri Road, I noticed that the parking lot was littered with dirt. It was an unpleasant sight, and instead of walking past it, I took a few minutes to pick up the trash.

I didn’t stop there—I also cleaned up the roadside beside the supermarket, collecting the waste and ensuring proper disposal. It felt great knowing that, even in a small way, I was helping to create a cleaner and healthier community.

This experience reminded me that taking responsibility for our environment doesn’t always require large-scale efforts. Simple actions like picking up litter, disposing of waste properly, and encouraging others to do the same can make a huge difference.
