My Actifit Report Card: August 19 2024

Hi, good morning. The weekend passed so quickly. We gave most of our time to gardening and grocery shopping. My son wanted to drink orange juice after seeing the orange squeezing jug which I bought from the pound store. He loved it. We got some oranges from the store a few days ago, and they were a bit tangy, so we made the juice. Have a look.

Too many small oranges hardly give a full cup. The best thing was that we also saved the pulp and added it to the jug so fibre wasn't wasted.
