Making Eid cards: DIY creative sunday

hey peeps..!!

hope you people are doing good..:)

As you know eid is approaching . And its colours and joys are already in the air. It is a festival of forgiving and embracing each other. It is a festival to express feelings of love for each other and celeberate the happiness of eid with each other.And these happy moments are garnished with essence of gifts.Gifting each other is such a sweet gesture of eids.

I was sitting in the living room why my little cousin came to me and asked me if i can make eid card because she has to gift her friend.Well i don’t want to refuse her so i decide to at least give it a try.

Ingredients

Colour pages
Scissors
Gum stick or UHU

Procedure

At first i fold the white page to change its look into card.

CUTTING

Then i take different colours for their cutting into curly shaped strips.And for this i turn over a very little side of page.

I cut down four different coloured strips so that they look good on white card.At first i cut Blue.

Then i cut the Yellow one.

Then comes the Pink.

Then follows the Green.

After this i cut the strips from middle to divide them into two.

Same goes for all the colours.

Here comes the final look of the the strips.

PASTING

Now it’s time to paste the material on the white card. I applied the UHU on the back of strips and pasted them on the card. I started from the bottom of page.

And the procedure goes on with the other colours too.

After pasting the strips i cut down a short pink coloured strip which gives of the shape of collar.

FINAL LOOK

After pasting this ,the final look of the card get ready.
And……

Here its is..!! :)
I also wrote Happy Eid on this short pink strip.And now the card is ready to be gifted. My little kiddo was so happy after seeing this.You know kids got very happy over little things too.
