US senator tested positive for coronavirus
A first US senator has tested positive for coronavirus, his team announced Sunday, even as Congress and the White House are negotiating a huge economic recovery plan to cope with the pandemic.
“Senator Rand Paul tested positive for Covid-19. He is feeling well and is in quarantine, ”wrote a member of his team on Twitter, adding that he had no symptoms.
