Failed To Create Steem.StackExchange.Com

Well, I guess better luck next time. This is disappointing, but it's also informative about the level of interest we have for doing development, from the standpoint of general "internet-wide" interest, so it should be looked at with that in mind. It's a setback, but it's also information.

We went from the definition phase to the commitment phase, which was good progress.

But we got stuck at 10% commitment:

Maybe Steem Development is a niche within a niche right now.
