Butterfly pea flower Mojito
Hello amazing drink friends... how are you today? Entering December is a month full of joy, may we all always be blessed by God.
Today I made Mojito to be honest, this is the first time I made my own mojito, usually I buy it. Because by chance, yesterday along the road when I was picking up my daughter from school I saw a wild butterfly pea flower plant that was blooming very beautifully. I finally took a few stalks to make this mojito.
The mojito that I make is very simple and easy and the ingredients are easy to find. Let's just prepare all the ingredients:
●preparation●
☆1 bottle of Soda I use soda with lime flavor
☆ 10 grams of sugar
☆ 1 tbsp lemon juice
☆15 stems of butterfly pea flower
☆ ½ lime thinly sliced
☆ enough ice cubes
●How to Make●
- prepare all ingredients. Thinly slice the lime and set aside
- Boil approximately 300 ml of water or you can adjust to taste, you can use 200 or 250 ml. Add the telang flowers that have been washed clean and sugar, cook until the sugar dissolves and boils.
- Once the butterfly pea water is ready, you can set it aside to wait until it gets warm.
- To serve, add soda then add ice cubes and a squeeze of lemon juice then pour in the cooked butterfly pea sugar water. In this moment we will see the beautiful colors 😍
- Add lime slice.
- Butterfly flower mojito is ready to be served.
This mojito is very popular and it turns out it's not difficult to make.
For the mojito itself, you don't have to use butterfly pea flower. If you don't like it, you can replace it with some kind of fruit syrup. The more colors you use, the prettier the mojito will be.
For the sweetness level, you can add sugar according to your taste. You can also add basil seeds, syrup or whatever you like.
That's all for my blog today, I hope you like it. Happy to share with you... thank you all for your support. See you
