Boiled sweet potatoes are on the menu for dinner today
Good evening friends of the Hive ASEAN community, what are you up to today? Today I feel very tired since this morning I took my daughter to the hospital because she was sick then I got home at 12 p.m after lunch I fell asleep very soundly. Ha ha ha
Because I'm very tired today, I decided to take a day off from cooking and use today to rest so that tomorrow morning I can be enthusiastic again.
OK, today I happened to get a souvenir from a friend who returned from my hometown and brought lots of sweet potatoes and cassava.
I want to make boiled sweet potatoes for today's dinner menu. Do you like sweet potatoes? What do you usually cook like? Sweet potatoes can usually be made into cakes, fried in flour and also boiled, they are very delicious to eat, apart from that, they are also very good for friends who are on a diet and have diabetes as a substitute for rice because sweet potatoes are a carbohydrate that is quite filling if we eat them.
The method is very easy. First, we need to wash the sweet potatoes with running water so that the dirt and soil are clean.
cut the sweet potato into 2 parts
Then boil the sweet potatoes in water, add crushed garlic and also add a little salt so that the taste is sweeter and more savory.
Boil sweet potatoes until cooked
After you have finished boiling, drain and rinse well. Cold water to stop the cooking process. Boiled sweet potatoes are ready to be served
So that's my dinner menu today, very easy to make but filling. That's all for my blog, I hope you like what I share. Thank you for your support, I hope you are always healthy and successful.
