My third dancing lesson and a small result

Hi, guys!

Yesterday I had a great day, even though I didn't get to draw again. I will urgently correct this moment on the weekend, but so far I can't get back into the schedule. I just do not have enough energy, the body does not yet release it in sufficient quantities.

But nonetheless. I had a flute lesson, and I made a lot of progress. I can already play some notes of the third octave. True, this requires a lot of breathing strain, and at some point it seemed to me that I was going to start hallucinations. But when I expressed these concerns to the teacher, she said that I would lose consciousness at the most. Also not a very good scenario :).

But I never cease to be amazed at how strongly playing the flute develops the respiratory system. Now I want another wind instrument, namely the saxophone. So far, the teacher and I are choosing which one to buy, and it costs a lot of money, so we will have to wait about another month. But now I try very hard not to buy anything superfluous in order to quickly save up for an instrument.

Yesterday I had two trainings, one on the canvases, the second on twerking. The canvases are still difficult for me, but I do not lose hope that sooner or later it will become easier. I’m starting to get some new tricks, and it’s a great feeling. I hope that over time there will be more and more of them. The fact is that I am by nature very unsportsmanlike, and I have to make much more effort than others in order to achieve a result. But I do not lose hope and continue to train regularly.

The second workout was twerking. Actually, I would love to do some other kind of dance, but this is the only one in my studio. Besides, I don't want to have a long interval between workouts. Next week I plan to go for another stretching. They just go three in a row: canvases, then stretching, then twerk, then stretching. The sequence turns out to be very logical: first, a heavy power one, then an active one, in order to warm up well, and at the end a stretching :)

Yesterday I recorded a dance line at the end of the workout. I want to share with you. This is my third lesson:
