Things that (should) make me joyful

I'm not sure how well this will work to improve my mood, but I'm willing to try
My wife loves me
My child loves me
My house is filled with love
I have a house
My backyard grew enough pumpkins to give one to each of my child's classmates
There are people in the world who respect me (even if that also kind of stresses me out, because I have to live up to their expectations)
I can answer some of my child's science questions, like "look at that little bird sitting on the wire, how come it doesn't get electrocuted? Why do people get electrocuted if they touch a wire?"
My child shares my interest in physics
I make some money from performing improv
I have made some short movies, and I can expect to make more
I have made theatre I'm proud of.
I could do more.
I'm seeking out help, even though I don't really expect it to help me.
My child likes my long beard. I liked the way I looked in the mirror this morning, with my beard sticking out of my hoodie
Plants grow
My wife is a poet
We are not imminently in danger of losing our access to basic necessaries due to financial stress
