My Actifit Report Card: July 8 2026
A decent start to the weather. Today it was cloudy all day.
Started doing my steps walking indoors.
In the afternoon, went out for a walk and also deliver few documents.
In the evening, I again went out for a walk, spent 10 minutes walking in and around my area.
Later added more steps walking in common balcony. Completing 5000+ steps for the day.
