Koservasi di Kepulauan Banyak, khususnya Pulau Bangkarung terdapat satwa langka, yaitu penyu hijau, penyu belimbing dan penyu sisik. Para wisatawan di sini dapat melihat penyu bertelur di malam hari, sekaligus dapat melihat babi-bayi penyu yang merangkak ke laut saat matahari terbit.
