Unos 15 años modernos

This new generation is definitely modern and different—it’s been about 15 years now—and it’s changing everything. I think that’s great; sure, some things are good, others not so much, but in this case, I thought this birthday party was perfect and a lot of fun.

Last night we went to celebrate my cousin’s 15th birthday; I was really surprised by the venue and the atmosphere—a small club in my city that’s perfect for all kinds of events. It was my first time there, so I was thrilled to be able to attend, though I confess that at first I wasn’t really in the mood. My moods have been all over the place lately—I’ve been dealing with depression, anxiety, and pain—but anyway, I’ll save all that for another time, haha.

Anyway, the important thing is that I finally made up my mind and went, and I’m so glad I did. It was a unique night—listening to good music, hanging out, and as I said, celebrating about 15 different birthdays. It was pretty low-key, without much formality, just a few people, everything flowing smoothly, a great atmosphere, with karaoke, a family-like vibe, and very nice.

And since it’s a spacious place, it lends itself to hosting multiple celebrations at the same time—which, I don’t know, was the part that didn’t quite convince me, since other tables were also celebrating birthdays—but hey, these places are ideal for families to get out of the house and celebrate their special day in a simple and enjoyable way. I wish I could celebrate my birthday like that. 😜

Unos 15 años modernos y diferente, sin duda, esta nueva generación, esta cambiando todo, y me parece muy bien, claro algunas cosas, otras no tanto, pero en este caso, me pareció perfecto y ameno esta fiesta de cumpleaños.

Anoche fuimos a celebrar los 15 años de mi prima, me sorprendió mucho el lugar, el ambiente, un pequeño club en mi ciudad, donde se presta para realizar todo tipo de eventos, es la primera vez que iba, así que estaba encantada de poder asistir, aunque confieso que al principio no tenia muchas ganas, mis estados de ánimos, estos días han sido muy cambiantes, he estado en depresión, ansiedad, dolores, pero bueno, todo eso se los cuento a ustedes nada mas jeje.

En fin, lo importante es que finalmente me decidí, y fui, y que bueno que lo hice, fue una noche diferente, escuchando buena música, compartiendo, y como dije unos 15 años diferentes, bastante sencillo, sin tanto protocolo, poca gente, todo sincronizado, un buen ambiente, con karaoke, algo familiar, y muy bonito.

Y como es un lugar amplio, se presta para hacer celebraciones al mismo tiempo, cosa que no se, fue la parte que no me convenció mucho, ya que en otras mesas también estaban celebrando cumpleaños, pero bueno, estos sitios son ideales para que la familia salga de casa y celebre de manera sencilla y amena su día, ojala pudiera celebrar mi cumple así. 😜
