The level of agriculture here is low even with the favored weather and soil,problems like inadequate storage tools and implements to cultivate a large piece is a challenge which makes the cost of foods high and in high demand.

Having a million dollars would make me invest in the agricultural business to provide the necessary tools for adequate production of foods in high demand.
It is sure the best one because food will never go into extinction and will always be in demand.
