It's crucial that parents know their children's rights. Children can be encouraged to act upon their rights, even acting in legal capacity (if 12 -15 pending on maturity). How this relates to parents is they have rights to children.

Common Law

Every state/ province allows practice and usage of common law. While native residents are most crucially impacted, according to my research in Manitoba anyway. .. they may elect to form a common law court with a sheriff or constitutional alternative. They then can issue indictments and other various writs.

This is crucial. And powerful. So i feel including common law handbook is encouraged. Common law is really recognization that children are a gift from God, and that right is given to you. Understand that the right to parentage does not come with contingencies or degrees. The crown does not own your children until you misbehave (or not), your children are yours. So this approach is diametrically opposite of federal statute.

I have a feeling many natives would enjoy going this route, maybe not but just a gut feeling.

You can also give all evidence to a peace officer if there is any suspected wrong doing. Whom will then spur investigation with a director.

Undoing trickery

This actually comes from the queen's bench. What has to happen is that this needs to be filled out completely. Then get required signatures (witnesses) from notory. I had the list, but if you live in Manitoba, you know as well. It's important to include this paper with your petition in court. So for one person it'll take 4 copies to each party.

I have included this because according to CFS, more then half the parents get tricked into signing a voluntary form. This can undo that.

Please include Canada Constitution Charter with everything. It's going to be a big book. But if you hand it out or compile it into an abbreviated documents I'm sure many will thank you. Most of CFS, relies upon surprise. This surprise though deprives you right to civil due process.

Encourage everyone to request records to their respective case. Submit this with all documents in pleading. So everything should look like:

1. COMPLAINT TO JUDGE (not master)
2. Form CFS9
3. ORIGINAL evidence gathered by CFS
