Very Bad Experience With Crypterium

I have heard about Crypterium since the ICO, but it never caught my attention until recently.
Yesterday I decided to buy some because a friend recommended based on some technicals.

Well, they have an app and the app allows us to buy their token. So far so good.

I have sent a bit over $400 worth of Bitcoin to their app to buy a few.

The transaction has well over 261 confirmations and was made 2 days ago.

The problem is, my balance on the app is empty!

And the support has lied to me. The support told me this happens to less then 1% of the transactions, but no one on the brazilian or the official english group had a deposit processed in less than 2 days. Which makes me think they do it all manually but lie that it is automatic.

This is a very bad first experience, and they could be making a huge profit, since there are many deposits that have disappeared, the support said they are "working on making them appear" and the price keeps rising, if they bought crypterium while the price was low, held and waited it go up to make the users balance appear, that is free money.

I had to report the incompetence of the team here. I don't even want to buy their token anymore, I just want my money back, but no one on the support can do anything to help.

Stay away from Crypterium folks.
