Photography 002

WARNING : Loads of pictures ahead!

Hey there! It's been awhile since I last posted about photography. Today I went out with one of my friend from college to Petaling Street to take some photos for our assignment! The weather today was heaty, plus there were a lot of people at that area as well because its Chinese New Year! Our objective for today was to take photojournalism. Photojournalism is a particular form of journalism that employs images in order to tell a story!

Look at that crowd in just the beginning of the whole street!

There were a lot of stalls open throughout the whole street! Lion dance performances also took over the streets. It was great to have the CNY vibe all around the place, yes it was crowded, hot, loud and just uncomfortable.. but the ambience of the whole street brought the spirit of the new year to a whole new level! Here are some photos I took at the street!

Surprisingly, although it is Chinese New Year, people from different races came to the busy street for a walk, it was great seeing people from different races enjoying this festival as well!

Next up, we stumbled upon this chinese temple that was crowded by a lot of people! So we went in and thought we might be able to get some good shots inside! Here are some of the shots!
