Midweek Talk : Music Helps Me Focus | #AliveAndThriving

Happy midweek to all! Wow, five days into the new year! Can't wait for weekend. I'm feeling a little blue, as it's Mom's birthday tomorrow. It would have been her 79th had she not been taken from us so suddenly. I guess that's why my topic is on music. I'm listening to it quite loudly on the background. Believe it or not, the loud music helps me focus internally. I usually am able to concentrate more. Besides, the radio station I listen to is on light rock. None of the usual talkative DJs. 🤣😂 a bit of commercial here and there, but mostly just music. 🎶🎶

Got a bit of walking around done earlier in the day. That's the laundry shop where I dropped in to pay for their services. The best part is they pick up and deliver laundry too. I'll probably get it in a day or two.

I was surprised to see more automation at the bank. Amazing upgrade! It wasn't there the last time I have been at the bank which was months ago already. I've been using their app since my daughter helped me activate it. 😉👍🏼

That's it for today. It's ironic that Mom's birthday should fall on a Thursday. It's gonna be tough for me to talk about #thankfulThursday, but we'll see. Till then...
