#AliveAndThriving for my Chooseday thoughts series. What did you choose to be / to do today?

Today I prepped more homecooked meals for the kitties. Chicken with added veggies (squash and chayote). The cats like them now. So far food budgeting went well for the first week. There are pros and cons to homecooking, but my main target is to cut down on costs. I'd say so far, so good. I just need to make the effort of prepping meals. I could plan ahead and do it on the weekend. That's when I have more time. I will definitely continue to monitor this goal. I'd like for it to be a success. Till next goal assessment..
