Behind the Scenes: Preparing for Psychade Booth
Hello there my lovely hivers!!!!
I do have a lot of memories and its stock in my gallery. This happened before the opening class, we had to prepare for our booth design. We came here at 1:00 pm and helped to cut out the designs to be used for our booth. Each officer has a designated work to do and they cut out shapes while some of them cover the shapes to look appealing.
There are also some officers, designated to cut the crepe paper on smaller pieces and then remove it one by one since it is sticky.
There are a lot of things to do, since they didn't start this design before a week of the event. They just came up with the idea before the day of the event.
This is what my work looks like we put a double sided tape on the side so it would stick on the colored paper.
After that, I punched these cut out shapes so it would be easy to put it on the straw.
Some of the officers, cut out the letter " Psychade" we will put it on the top side of our booth to attract the students to visit our booth.
We stopped for a minute to take a picture with my sister and I just put mine on her side but she didn't notice my cellphone so accidentally she put a heavy material on the top of my phone so it cracked.
The concept of our booth, was a squid game and so they print this big picture symbolizes a squid game.
These are some of the cut out shapes that are already done. It really looks so cut with different colors on it. They tried to put in the straw if it was just good and if it perfectly fit the straw.
As I observed with the officers they looked so stressed since the event is already tomorrow, and we haven't got done for all the designs for our booth.
I feel some cracks on my back so I took a pause for a minute and took a picture with myself.
We decided to go home around 5:00 pm since we have to buy some scallops in Sambag, Bogo City Cebu. It is located somewhere in bogo, and we just walk from school to the store. On the ground floor the dance troop were practicing their performance on the event tomorrow.
We passed this bullet board that is eye catching, and I really love how they design this bulletin with its concept a "BEE".
In the entrance, they put a balloon on each side to make it catchy for the first year.
