Extreme River Tubing at Antique, Philippines
One of the exciting activity that one must take when visiting the province of Antique in the Philippines is River Tubing. River Tubing is defined in the internet as a recreational activity where a person rides on top of an inner tube or similar and float down on water.
It was not my first time to try this activity so I already expected what will happen. However, Chairra was her first time to try it so I am excited for her!

In this time, it was summer in the Philippines so there were little to no rain for the past few days. This has resulted for the water level of the Tibiao River to be lower than usual. Hence the water rapids were not as extreme as usual. So most of the parts turned out to be boring, however there are times especially when there are rocks and a fall that we made sure that we were having fun. I think it is evident in the video that at least I was having fun. HAHAHA! Wala lang , I guess it's my attitude to find joy in times of boredom. LOL! Unfortunately, I didn't flipped over because my tube was so big and it just ended up eating all the obstacles. Such a bummer!
Extreme Water Tubing nowadays costs at P499 (10 USD) excluding the stay in Calawag Mountain Resort, food and refreshments. A dedicated guide is mandatory for each person. They are the ones who brings you and pushes you over the river. They are also responsible of saving you in case you get flipped over. You can have some fun conversation to the guide as well, maybe get to know about the place just for socialization. LOL
Would you dare to take this extreme river tubing activity? It'll be fun!
