Staking-based Bootstrap is based on the Staking Economy of the PoS chains. It provides a new approach for the community to distribute community tokens through staking, which is also known as initial staking offering (ISO).

For the PoS (including DPoS, NPoS, etc.) blockchains, users vote for validators/nodes or delegate the staked PoS Token to a third party to receive PoS Token reward (Staking Reward). In ISO, the community is the validator/node or the third party here, and the community users vote for the community validator/node or delegate the staked PoS Token to the community, not only to receive the PoS Token reward but also community token as well. We call this mechanism as community tokens distribution through staking, or ISO.

At the same time, the community can create a trading pair of community tokens and mainstream tokens on the decentralized trading platform, so that the community tokens can fully circulate. The community can also choose to leave part of the Staking Reward in the Community Mine account, and the community will make a decision to repurchase the community token on the decentralized trading platform to support the price of the community token.

In this way, the community has completed the tokenization and established connections with community members. The ISO model also helps the community to establish a positive loop, which promotes the value of community tokens step by step, and realizes the cold launch of the community. For community members, PoS Token is staked on the PoS chain, and there is no need to worry about additional security risks. Community members receive both staking rewards and community tokens, and may obtain a higher annualized rate of return than before.
