I’m trying to learn to have a positive outlook on life.
Many situations in my life already show me that I tend to focus on the negative, even though I can be happy here and now.
Psychological mentors and books all talk about this.
For now, I’m on the other side of life.
It’s hard for me to jump over.
I like to blame other people, the weather, and various problems for everything.
Yes, it’s true that we need to change our approach to life, and that the world itself would be better if we looked at things a little differently.
But for now, things are as they are.
All these changes come with time.
Unfortunately, I cannot just wake up as a different person.
For now, all my acquaintances suffer from my pessimism.
Most of all, I suffer from my own pessimism.
I just hope that someday this will change,
and that I will be a happy woman after 30.
