Choose what we keep
Sometimes, we have too many things. Too many thoughts. Too much noise. We need to clear space. Not just the house. But the mind. I started to give things away. Things I did not use. It felt good. Like a weight lifted. I found room for new things. For quiet.
This is not just about stuff. It is about life. We can carry too much. Old hurts. Old worries. We can let them go. Make space for joy. Make space for peace. We can find new ways to live. Simple ways. Happy ways.
Life changes. We change too. We can choose what we keep. We can choose what we let go. This is our time. To find peace. To find joy. To find ourselves.
