The 1st real voting experience using Blockchain.
From October 1st to the 20th 2017, just before de Mid-Term Argentinean Election on the 22nd, Qubistry.co will be launching a public Blockchain election on the Ropsten Ethereum network. We are using Metamask, Infura, FaucetServer, LightWallet, Nodejs, Truffle and Solidity. Those without Metamask will be able to obtain a wallet and some ether enough to vote. We do not have access to the national registration system, so and in order to make the experience for everybody, we are just using the 1 vote- 1 wallet address - 1 IP address method at the back&frontend in order to avoid bots or people voting more than once. We understand that there may be people that will not be able to vote, but in order to make it as much as straightforward possible, we had to take certain decisions.
We will know by the 20th how many people now have a Blockchain experience using a real case, easy to understand, and we will let you know the results.
