It is water, apple cider vinegar, raw honey and garlic. These ingredients have all sorts of beneficial bacteria, antifungal properties, antibacterial, immune system boosters and antioxidants.

*One gallon of water
*Half a cup of raw honey
*Two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
*Two cloves of garlic
