Weekly BATTLE MAGE SECRETS Challenge with Fog of War

All units lose the Sneak, Snipe and Opportunity abilities. Scattershot still works in this ruleset.

In this battle challenge my strategy is very simple as I chose cards with ranged attack and I check my card collection and chose life team for this battle. As I think that in my life team I have some balance ranged attack cards combinations. So firstly I must choose a summoner which helps to increase my cards states so I chose life summoner GENERAL SLOAN as this summoner gives extra one ranged attack to all friendly monsters. So for this Fog of War ruleset it is a best choice. My enemy also brought life monster GENERAL SLOAN which increased 1 ranged attack so this battle was life vs life summoners.

As I was using life summoner so I checked my life monsters cards and chose some high speed monsters with ranged attack and also have some extra abilities. As this battle was high mana 40 so I have many good options to chose cards for every position. In this battle for tank position my best choice was CHAOS KNIGHT with three malee attack and five health and three speed. On 2nd position I used WAR PEGASUS with 2 ranged attack and six health. On 3rd position I used SUPPLY RUNNER with two ranged attack and five health. On 4th position I used TIME MAGE with one magic attack and three health. On 5th position I used DJINN RENOVA with three magic attack and six health. On last position I used PELACOR ARBALEST with two ranged attack and three health. So in this battle my all hopes lied on my ranged attack monster card like PELACOR ARBALEST with double strike ability. I hoped that my this monster would eliminate enemy tank card quickly. I also hoped that my cards would not miss any attack and my enemy would not have any healer cards. Thanks to my summoner my all monster cards got 1 extra ranged attack. So we discuss our today's battle lineup one by one in next section.

In this battle I used GENERAL SLOAN RARE Life Summoner as it gives one extra ranged attack to all friendly monsters. This summoner is helpful in all ruleset and works well to increase attack to all friendly monsters.

In this battle I used CHAOS KNIGHT COMMON Life Unit with three malee attack, five health, one shield and three speed. This card is level 1 and also have shield ability so if enemy brings some malee attacks monsters it will reduce damage to half.

On 2nd position I used WAR PEGASUS RARE Life Unit with two ranged attack, seven health and three speed. This card also has shatter ability which is very effected in this battle and hope it would not miss any attack.

On 3rd position I used SUPPLY RUNNER COMMON Neutral Unit with two ranged attack, five health, and three speed. This card is very helpful in all mana battels with high health.

On 4th position I used TIME MAGE RARE Life Unit with one magic attack, three health and five speed. This card also have slow ability which reduce the speed of all enemy monsters.

On 5th position I used DJINN RENOVA EPIC Life Unit with three magic attack, six health and three speed. This card also have strengthen ability which increase one health to all friendly monsters.

On last position I used PELACOR ARBALEST RARE Life Unit with two ranged attack, 3 health and two speed. This card also have a double strike ability.

I think that I brought best team in this battle but my opponent brought same team but with better choice of cards. My enemy also brought one tank healer in this team. Only card placement matters in this battle as I started with strong tank card but my opponent brought a strong 2nd tank card.

In round one both teams lost tank cards and my ranged attack monster became 2nd tank card but my enemy high malee attack 2nd tank card was a plus.

In 2nd round both team stay strong and lost no card in this round but my enemy tank healer works well and heal the 2nd tank card of my enemy.

In 3rd round I lost my 2nd cards and my enemy lost his 2nd tank card. Overall my enemy cards were perform well thanks to tank healer card.

So in last and 4th round my enemy eliminated my last two cards easily without getting any damage.

I think that I brought some descent team but only difference in this battle was a tank healer. I eliminate my enemy tank card quickly but my enemy brought strong 2nd tank card. My enemy also brought some massive ranged attack double strike ability card at back end. So this was a one sided match and I lost this match in 4th round. Lesson I learnt in this battle is that in all mana fights tank healer card must be included in team.
