Bread Pudding Ingredients

Bread -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 4 Slices
Condensed Milk ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1 Cup
Sugar -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1/2 Cup
Vanilla Essence ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon Powder -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1/2 tsp
Raisins (Kishmish) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- As Required
Egg ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2

Method
• Mix Eggs, Condensed Milk, Vanilla Essence, Sugar, Cinnamon Powder with the beater

• Now cut bread slices in a small square pieces
• Arrange slices in a baking tray and pour the mixture on them
• Put Raisins and sprinkle some sugar on it
