My Actifit Report Card: August 1 2019
Report for yesterday, which was my Thursday. Writing this from bed, staring at the ceiling, looking forward to having a great Friday unfold.
I have a pretty good chance of doing an enormous amount of steps today, given I have a Photoshoot planned, and later, dinner in the city.
