The first mango harvest of 2026, our national fruit, is almost here đŸ„

Blessings to all my Hive friends! I'm grateful to share a new post here in the #hivegarden community where I'll be showing you some great photos of what will be the future mango harvest. Mango is undoubtedly our national fruit, and it's the first of the year, perhaps a little late, but I imagine that's due to the drought we're currently experiencing. Let's hope things improve in the remainder of the year.

These first photos are of a mango tree located at my grandmother's house. Harvesting them is a bit tricky there, as it's situated on a slope, and there are other trees nearby. But the important thing for us is that we're starting to see the fruit, which we'll be able to enjoy soon. We should keep a close eye on them, though, as they're at a height that makes them harder to reach.

The other photos are of another plant located very close to the house, where you can see that the mangoes are also developing very well. Perhaps they need a little more time to reach their ideal ripeness. This is undoubtedly one of the advantages we have here with these tropical fruits, which we can find almost by chance (they will be very different in other countries).

It's incredible all the blessings that nature offers us, allowing us to obtain fruit with relative ease. Right now, all that's needed is a little rain for some plants to cool down after the high temperatures of the last few days, perhaps even months.
